This past weekend, my college had it's annual Short Term Block Party. One of the featured artists was a rapper by the name of G-Eazy. I had never heard of G-Eazy and didn't really know his music. Luckily for me, my friend Hannah is a huge fan and hit me with a little bit of knowledge before the concert. We listened to a few of his tracks and I too fell in love with his ability to use samples from other songs so well and to give off a little bit of bad boy attitude. Here are my two favorite G-Eazy songs. The first is "Runaround Sue", it samples some old school jams and I absolutely love the 50s feel it has to it. The second is "Marilyn", a slower jam with a really catchy hook. Enjoy!
