So many of my friends have been sharing it so I thought I'd share it with you.  It's a pep talk by Kid President.  Sure, he's an adorable child but he's also unbelievably charismatic and funny.  It's one of the best pep talks I've ever heard.  Watch it and I guarantee this will brighten your day.
