In mid-July I'm joining my grandmother for a conference in Copenhagen, Denmark.  I'm pretty excited: I've been itching for an international trip for awhile and I'm thrilled to be heading to such a cool city.  However, unlike a lot of the cities I've visited, I don't know a lot about Copenhagen or even Denmark.  Do you have any suggestions for things to do/places to see/food to eat in Copenhagen? I'll be there for a week!
