Fall Shoes

4:42:00 PM

This morning was the first morning that felt like fall is ready to make an appearance.  It was crisp and wonderfully cool with a gentle mountain breeze.  Even though fall isn't quite here yet, I've been keeping an eye out for perfect fall styles.  Today dear readers, I'm going to talk about shoes.

Seychelles Footwear/ Alibi /Burgundy /$140

I wish I wasn't on a grad school budget because I would buy these in a heart beat if I had some extra moolah floating around.  This burgundy color is perfect for fall and can be worn with SO MANY OUTFITS. Wear it with black, navy, or browns to punch up some neutrals.  Dress them up or dress them down. Okay, maybe I just convinced myself to save up and get them.

 Madewell - The Billie Boot:
 Madewell/ Billie Bootie/ True Black/ $228
Booties are my jam. I have such a hard time finding tall boots so I end up gravitating towards the easy and effortless bootie.  I love that this pair is so versatile.  I can imagine wearing them in to work all fall in my business casual office with black jeans and a sweater or tights and a great flowy dress.

 INGRID cognac
 Nina Z/ Ingrid / Cognac / $180
Clogs are totally back in style and I've been itching to get my hands on a pair.  My dear friend Hannah introduced me to the brand Nina Z and I've been enamored with her classic and simple clogs. I especially love this pair.  The cognac color is perfect for transitioning from summer to fall.  Get in my closet please.  If you're interested in other clogs, I recommend this pair, this pair, this pair and this pair.

 Madewell - The Jess Oxford:
Madewell/ The Jess Oxford / English Saddle/ $99
There's something so chic about the menswear trend.  Classic and simple, which is really the look I'm trying to go for this fall.  I love this pair of Oxfords and I love that they're on sale.

What shoes are you planning on wearing this fall?

  1. I love the crossover from sandals to boots, but never know how I'd walk through NY winters with holes in my shoes. Maybe also because once the weather changes and I pull out the socks/boots combo there's just no going back until spring. Lol. Love love love love Swedish Hasbeens--they don't really factor into my budget so well, but I always dream of one day!
