One of the few fun things about being an adult working in an office environment is obviously the holiday party.  Because my company is so small, our boss takes us to a nice restaurant as a thank you for the hard work we've put in all year.  It's a great chance to get to know new employees and people in other departments better.  Plus it's an opportunity to dress up.  This year, we're going to Rodizio, a Brazilian steakhouse in LoDo. I've been looking forward to it since August when the announcement went out.  Seriously, we got an email the first week in August about a party in December.  Clearly, we take our events seriously. What are you doing for your holiday party? More importantly, what are you wearing? Here are a few ideas on what to wear to your holiday party.

Can't go wrong with a great plaid skirt.  Though it looks short here, but in person it's pretty appropriate for an office gathering. Pair it with a gorgeous green sweater, sensible heeled boots and simple but graphic jewelery.  This look is perfect for a more casual office gathering.  




Got a fancier party to go to? Dress up in a great A-Line dress and top it off with a fun jacket to keep you warm.  Throw on a glittery necklace and a great pair of gold shoes and strut your stuff
